Neck Support to Diminish Pain

Cervical pillows are a very easy and inexpensive way to support spinal alignment of the neck while resting the spine and body.  They also assist to improve the proper curve of the spine which ~ along with chiropractic treatments ~ helps to diminish and alleviate spinal arthritis.   You can typically order a decent cervical pillow from Amazon for around $40.  The one in the picture is my favorite because it is memory foam as well as has different sizes of support for a more personal and better fit, depending on the size of the person using it.
