Some of you may wonder what nutrition has to do with back, neck or joint pain. First I believe it is important to tell you the reason for nutrition. Food has vital ingredients (nutrients aka molecules) which are crucial for proper physiological function. This is why that age old saying "you are what you eat" really does have some bearing on our overall health and bodily function. Basically, the molecules in the food serve our body literally for it's function in such actions as muscle contraction ~ such as calcium, potassium and magnesium.
