Keeping A Healthy Spine while abiding by 'Shelter in Place' during Covid-19 Pandemic

While nothing truly replaces a good spinal alignment from a talented chiropractic physician, there are some things we can do to circumvent extreme back pain from subluxations while still abiding by the shelter in place ordinance.

When patients ask me what they can do at home to enhance their spinal health I always recommend yoga. Yoga helps keep the spine/back/nervous system limber and stable.

Yoga is not meant to replace chiropractic treatments but it can certainly prolong intense back pain when we are unable to receive chiropractic care in situations like the one we are experiencing with the Pandemic at hand.
